Had a four day weekend and went to the woods with several friends. It's been awhile since the weather warmed up for more than 2 days. Our whole weekend was sunny and hot, and a great time to get a breath of fresh cool air.
I went to Cuc Phuong, a few hours from Hanoi. It's a national park and was way expensive! If I knew it would cost so much to stay in a room I'd be camping! However, there were too many unusual biting insects. Not to mention, I saw the biggest spider in my life...in real life.
The first evening was a blur of consumed rice wine and karaoke, good times. Second night was 4 hours of Charades. End of the whole weekend...a bundle of inside jokes that will stay funny for a long time.
